At the same time, I also believe that technology can actively shape the way we operate and is capable of opening up new possibilities, not just improving existing processes.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span data-me-change=\"delta\">AI and automation are among the greatest opportunities of the coming years, and it\u2019s worth building on them with a conscious and open-minded approach. I don\u2019t believe in blindly following technological trends or forcing digitalization, but I do believe that, when applied in the right context, these tools can create a real competitive advantage. <strong>I believe that every new tool must be able to provide a clear answer to a single question: Does it truly make our operations better and more efficient?<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span data-me-change=\"delta\">For me, a successful digital development isn\u2019t modern simply because it uses the latest technologies, but because it creates measurable value. At the same time, I believe it\u2019s important that we dare to experiment and try out new solutions, because that\u2019s often where true breakthroughs come from. If a given development simplifies our colleagues\u2019 work, reduces unnecessary paperwork, speeds up decision-making, and offers a solution that is sustainable in the long term, then it truly moves the organization forward.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong>I believe that effective digital transformation does not burden an organization but rather supports it.
