I don't believe in big words; I believe in consistency. In the fact that you have to perform at the same level on Monday at noon as you do on Saturday morning. The key to this is the team and a well-developed system\u2014people who not only work together but also maintain a high standard together.<\/p>\n
My goal is simple: to grow without losing sight of what made it worth starting in the first place\u2014in terms of quality, operations, and our approach to people. For me, quality is non-negotiable, and neither are human values.<\/p>\n
