I have been working in the hospitality and service management sectors for more than twenty-five years. Throughout my career, I have primarily gained experience in the operational management of high-volume, complex tourism and hospitality establishments, where guest experience, high professional standards, and cost-effective operations are all key considerations. I have always been motivated by the goal of ensuring that the venues I manage rank among Budapest\u2019s leading hospitality establishments, whether in the context of restaurant service or events.<\/p>\n
I currently serve as the operations manager for the F\u0151\u0151rs\u00e9g Restaurant and Caf\u00e9, as well as for the catering operations of F\u0151\u0151rs\u00e9g and Lovarda. My responsibilities include managing day-to-day operations, leading the team, overseeing financial and cost-control processes, and ensuring the high-quality delivery of restaurant and event services.<\/p>\n
