Although we have been taking on students since our inception, in recent years we have made a conscious decision to elevate our student program to a strategically important area. As a dual training partner, we see it as our mission to ensure that the young people training with us enter the workforce equipped with genuine, marketable skills.

The significance of our program is also reflected in the numbers: across our 23 locations, we are responsible for the professional development of an average of 350 students every day, while maintaining daily contact with 24 educational institutions.
Talent ÁKK
The Eventrend Group is a co-founder of Talent ÁKK (Sectoral Training Center) along with four other major market players.The organization, which has been operating successfully since 2021, was established to address the specific needs of the tourism and hospitality sector; as a result, a significant portion of our students now come to us through Talent.Through Talent ÁKK, we provide schools with the opportunity to apply for grants to develop a modern educational environment.We also jointly organize large-scale career exploration events where students can learn about more than 50 different training institutions and internship opportunities all at once.
Face-to-face meetings and openness
We believe it is important for students to get to know us while they are still in school.We frequently participate in career fairs and school events, where our managers and colleagues answer questions directly.We believe in the principle of „seeing and experiencing,” so, following prior arrangement, we are happy to welcome school groups to our training sites so that students can gain insight into our day-to-day work processes before making their decision.
