Eventrend Group's Internal Employee Communication Platform
His Role in the Eventrend Group
ETapp plays a key role in building a cohesive, motivated Eventrend community and is one of the Eventrend Group’s most important internal communication platforms. Every Eventrend employee can access the platform starting on their first day of work: this includes not only our part-time and full-time employees but also students and interns joining our group.
Through the platform, our employees stay connected not only with their own teams but also with the entire Eventrend community, which strengthens their sense of belonging.
Organizing Programs and Communities
Our goal is to create experiences that go beyond work. Community programs play an important role in building relationships and strengthening our workforce community. Through community programs and events, we not only work together but also share experiences. We organize programs on a weekly basis, offering our employees a wide variety of experiences. We strive to ensure that people with different interests and from different generations can find opportunities that appeal to them.
Some of the programs are smaller events for 15–20 people, such as craft workshops, table tennis, exhibitions, culinary events, or competitions. These help foster personal connections, allow participants to get to know one another, and strengthen team spirit.
At events with larger crowds—such as sports games, concerts, entertainment events, or sports programs—the focus is more on the experience and shared enjoyment.
Ambassador Program
We believe it is important for communities to be built not only through organized efforts but also through grassroots initiatives. This is one of the most important elements of community building at Eventrend Group. In many cases, a community gets started when a colleague or a small team comes up with an idea—such as a run, a ping-pong game, or a craft workshop—and regular activities are organized around it.
This initiative is also supported by our Ambassador Program, in which dedicated employees organize communities and launch programs based on their own areas of interest. We first launched the program in 2026, and already in its first year, 11 colleagues volunteered to serve as Ambassadors for topics such as hiking, mental health, gaming, and gastronomy.
Connection Between Units
ETapp plays a key role in ensuring that our colleagues working in different units do not operate in isolation, but are connected to one another as part of a single organization. Through the platform, we gain insight into the day-to-day operations, successes, and events of other units. We get to know colleagues, teams, and their stories, making it easier to connect even with those with whom we have no direct contact in our daily work.
Eventrend Group's Daily Communication Platform
The goal of ETapp is to serve as Eventrend Group’s primary internal channel and employee communication platform for everyday use. It is a dynamic, active platform that is a natural part of daily life. Colleagues turn to it first for information, and the system also supports interactivity. They don’t just read the news—they react, comment, provide feedback, and can share their opinions through surveys as well.
ETapp Online Store
ETapp is linked to an online store that serves as a tool for motivation and recognition, connecting to community activities in a playful way.The basic idea behind the system is that employees earn points—for example, by participating in programs or engaging in activities—and can then redeem those points for experiences and gifts in the online store.
More than just an app
ETapp is not just an internal communication platform; it is also a key hub for Eventrend’s community life. It fosters connections, supports community building and internal communication, and helps our employees feel like they are part of the entire group.
