That is why we established the Talent Academy in 2014—our own in-house training program—which uniquely supports the development of our employees in the domestic market.
The goal of the Talent Academy is to organize and pass on the knowledge accumulated within the group, share decades of experience, and help ensure that the Eventrend Group community is built on a common professional foundation.

The License: One of Eventrend's Most Important Professional Accolades
The License earned at the Talent Academy is much more than just a certificate or a final exam. It is one of the most important recognitions of the knowledge, professional competence, and commitment gained here. Earning the License is a milestone in an employee’s life: it certifies the mastery of leadership skills and opens new opportunities for professional advancement and a leadership career. At the end of the training process, colleagues who earn the license demonstrate their knowledge before the group’s founding owners, which represents a special professional recognition.
More than 100 online courses
Professional development must be accessible even amid the hustle and bustle of everyday life. That’s why a significant portion of the Talent Academy’s training programs takes place online, within a flexible framework. On average, 200 of our colleagues participate in our training programs at any given time, while our curriculum consists of more than 100 online courses. Topics range from finance and business processes to marketing, management, and leadership skills, all the way to the latest knowledge in AI.
Practical knowledge that can be put to use right away
The Talent Academy’s training programs do more than just impart theoretical knowledge. We place great emphasis on ensuring that the knowledge gained can be immediately applied in everyday work. Our online courses are supplemented by intensive in-person training sessions, during which participants can develop their skills through practical scenarios. Among our most popular training programs is assertive communication, which provides immediately applicable tools for effective collaboration with guests and colleagues.
Leadership Training and Self-Awareness
One of the Talent Academy’s flagship programs is a 14-day leadership training series, during which participants can acquire leadership skills, self-awareness techniques, and practical tools that can be useful not only in their work but also in other areas of their lives.
Inspiration for Everyday Life
For those who prefer a more informal way to grow and find inspiration, the Inspiration Knowledge Base is also available. This internal knowledge platform—which many consider to be Eventrend’s very own „Netflix”—gives our employees the opportunity to listen to thought-provoking presentations online from our leaders, expert partners, and guest speakers.
