For me, leadership does not mean centralization, but rather coordination: creating a professional and human environment where local leaders and teams can operate with preparedness, autonomy, and accountability. This approach is particularly evident at the Bagolyvár event venue. This dynamic motivates me day in and day out. I believe that success is built on a clear vision, sound decision-making, and a leadership approach that builds independent, well-prepared, and accountable teams.
My professional goal is to provide catering services for large-scale events at an ever-higher level of organization and service quality, while continuously developing my skills as a leader in strategic thinking, team building, and managing complex operations.
