My work and my daily life are defined by a constant desire to improve, perseverance, and consistency. I believe that by working as part of a cohesive, supportive team, even the most distant goals can be achieved. In my field—IT and software development—quality means stable, intuitive, and future-proof systems that support business processes seamlessly in the background, yet with maximum efficiency.
What I’m most proud of is that, in a field far removed from my original background in hospitality, my team and I were able to steer my career in a new direction and develop such crucial in-house software solutions—such as the Tableversum table reservation system, KiwiCRM, and the Séfpiac procurement system—that make a meaningful contribution to the group’s success every day. My goal is for our colleagues and partners to experience security, transparency, and an exceptional, seamless customer experience as a result of our developments.
I think Eventrend takes a different approach in that it dares to trust in individual growth and internal innovation: rather than forcing operations into a mold, it creates a unique digital ecosystem based on real needs.
