We have created a unique business-building and motivational model that we call the partnership system. Colleagues who demonstrate strong performance and effectively lead the units entrusted to them can first become managing directors of subsidiaries and then co-owners of certain projects.
To date, 19 former employees have become partners, but this path is open to all colleagues. The best proof that the system works well is that there has been virtually no change in the 40 top management positions over the past 10 years.
