I believe that hospitality is not simply a service, but a calling. I love this profession because every day it gives us the opportunity to bring joy, create experiences, and give our guests lasting memories. At Hazai Provence, we don’t just offer rooms and meals; we want to convey the feeling that those who come to us have truly arrived: they can slow down, recharge, and feel at home.

People are what motivate me: guest satisfaction, the growth of my colleagues, and that shared sense of accomplishment when we’re able to create something special. My goal is for Hazai Provence to become one of the leading boutique accommodations in the Balaton Uplands, where high professional standards are combined with natural warmth, attentiveness, and authentic rural hospitality.

I see progress in continuous learning, embracing new ideas, and innovation, while remaining true to the values that keep our guests coming back time and time again. I want to remain a leader who sets an example, supports my team, and thinks like an owner.

What I’m most proud of is when our guests leave us remembering not only a beautiful place, but also the experience of having been truly cared for. I believe that the true value of hospitality lies in this: being fully present with heart and soul, and making every encounter a little bit special.
