Located in the heart of Újpest, Központ Bistro brings you the „Italian way of life from morning to night”: specialty coffees, an all-day brunch menu, and cozy dinners—all in one place. With its “dolce vita” lunch program featuring live music, business breakfasts, and events, it’s a true community hub where the world of classic Italian bistros meets modern urban life and the district’s unique character.
Presentation of the Gastronomic Concept
The Központ Bistro offers a wide and varied menu that evokes both the Italian way of life and the local atmosphere: Italian-style brunch dishes, classically inspired pasta dishes, antipasti, shareable bites, Italian-style burgers, and well-known, iconic desserts all find a place on the menu. An important consideration in designing the menu was to retain the favorites of returning guests, so traditional, hearty flavors and creative, reimagined dishes complement each other harmoniously.
In addition to its daytime and evening offerings, the café-bar concept is also a key feature: coffee and brunch options, paninis, light snacks, and aperitivo bites are available all day long, so guests can choose from lighter or heartier dishes at any time of day. This flexibility allows the venue to be equally suited for morning meetings, quick midday stops, and evening outings. The brunch and evening trattoria concepts are thus seamlessly integrated.

My commitment to the hospitality industry began at a very young age; my grandfather worked as a waiter, and that’s where my love and respect for the profession come from. I eventually earned my degree from the College of Commerce and Hospitality, which provided a solid professional foundation for my career. I started working for the group in 2013, where I’ve had the opportunity to work my way up the ranks over the years. I’m proud that I worked my way up from the bottom and gained valuable experience in every position, which continues to shape my approach today.
I believe in teamwork, the power of the team, quality, and honest communication. I am loyal, resilient, and a perfectionist, motivated by major challenges and continuous progress and growth. As a leader, I provide support and opportunities for growth to my colleagues.
I am proud of my team and of the successes we have achieved together, as well as the countless different events we have organized—from the smallest high-profile protocol events to corporate galas attended by thousands of people.
