As managing director, I view the management of Bagolyvár primarily as a matter of responsibility and trust. I believe that the success of an event venue is determined not only by the characteristics of the space itself, but also by the professional expertise, attention to detail, and commitment with which the team carries out every single event. I see my role as creating a stable, predictable operational framework within which my colleagues can work independently, confidently, and responsibly.
For me, leadership isn’t just about giving directions; it’s about creating an environment where the team can grow, think together, and perform at its best. As the head of the holding company, my role is to see both the uniqueness of each unit and the common direction of the entire portfolio. I believe that places with different characters are not competitors, but rather different manifestations of a shared set of values. My role is to provide a clear vision, support operations with well-founded decisions, and create a framework in which each unit can grow by building on its own strengths. For me, leadership does not mean centralization, but rather coordination: creating a professional and human environment where local leaders and teams can operate with preparedness, autonomy, and accountability. This approach is particularly evident at the Bagolyvár event venue. Here, the key to success lies in coordinated teamwork, precise organization, and the flexibility to tailor every event to its unique needs. Our mission is to provide the professional support and operational framework that enable the team to work with confidence, independence, and a sense of responsibility, while ensuring that every event runs smoothly and meets the highest standards.
