My role is to provide a clear vision, support operations with well-founded decisions, and create a framework in which each unit can grow by building on its own strengths. For me, leadership does not mean centralization, but rather coordination: creating a professional and human environment where local leaders and teams can operate with preparedness, autonomy, and accountability. This approach is particularly evident at the Bagolyvár event venue. Here, the key to success lies in coordinated teamwork, precise organization, and the flexibility to tailor every event to its unique needs.
