For me, as a business owner, one of my greatest motivations is being able to interact with people and seeing our guests enjoy their time here. I’ve always wanted to create a place that’s more than just a restaurant: a true community space where people can meet, chat, laugh, and simply feel good. I believe that delicious food brings people together; a well-prepared dish—whether it’s a crispy fried hake or a juicy hamburger—not only nourishes but also sparks conversations, creates memories, and brings people closer together. That’s why I pay attention to every detail, both in the kitchen and in the garden, so that guests not only leave satisfied but also with a memorable experience. For me, the Evezős Sörkert is a place where communities are born, where the small joys of everyday life—the sunshine, the view of the Danube, dishes made from fresh ingredients—come together, and where everyone can feel at home. My goal is for everyone who walks through our doors to feel rejuvenated, connect with others, and take home that little slice of happiness that we strive to provide day after day.
