For me, this is the foundation of professional quality: rational operation without unnecessary detours—a true Aquarian pace. As a leader, I believe that complex processes must be organized into logical structures; it’s much easier to stay precise within a clear system than to navigate chaos. At Eventrend, I’m most proud of how much I’ve grown thanks to the in-house training; it has significantly boosted my efficiency and the quality of my relationships—and our team is simply amazing; I feel right at home here! As a person, I’m most proud of my little (big) son and my partner. We’re an unconventional family in every way, but we’re a great one.
Essentially, I focus on the precise execution of tasks, because predictability is what provides the greatest value to our partners and colleagues. When our system runs flawlessly in the background, it creates a sense of calm and a genuine sense of partnership in our day-to-day collaboration.
