My work is defined by support based on understanding. Although my title is Director of Procurement, my responsibilities are much more complex than that. During my years with the group, I have also held positions as a banquet manager, store manager, and general manager. Thanks to this experience, I know exactly what challenges my colleagues in operations face on a daily basis, which allows me to support them effectively.

For me, quality means that the systems running in the background—from inventory management and restaurant software to service charge and tip handling, table reservations, and the corporate group discount program—run seamlessly and flawlessly in the background, supporting day-to-day operations without drawing attention to themselves.

I am most proud of managing the procurement optimization software called Séfpiac, whose significant development over the past 13 years has become a labor of love for me.

I want my colleagues to feel that I am available to any of them, and I am happy to provide even personal support to help create a smooth working environment. An important part of Eventrend’s philosophy is that it views back-office support not as an expense, but as an integral part of the guest experience and employee satisfaction.
