I chose hospitality as my career nearly 30 years ago because it combines business, art, service, and teamwork: providing people with a multifaceted experience is, for me, true value creation. My motivation is fueled by the desire to create and build—to build systems, brands, and communities that operate sustainably over the long term. However, none of this would be possible without a strong, committed team: I believe that true quality is always created by a community. My professional goal is to build a high-performing, stable, and internationally recognized hospitality group. I am constantly developing my skills in strategic thinking, financial discipline, and quality management.
