I have been an active and enthusiastic participant in the Hungarian tourism industry for more than 25 years, but to this day I am driven by professional curiosity and a belief in continuous improvement. For me, quality isn’t just a dry statistic—it’s a relentless attention to detail. In client relationships, this begins with thinking like a true partner alongside our clients—and my goal is for our guests to receive exactly what they desire, even before they’ve had a chance to say it.

Ever since I joined the Eventrend team, I’ve been particularly proud that the customer experience has become a true strategic focus for us. We’ve institutionalized our own client engagement events, strengthened our partner network through active participation in professional organizations, and are now present at every major domestic industry event. At the same time, we have significantly expanded our B2B client base in recent years—in both the leisure and corporate segments—and the Group’s market recognition has also grown dramatically. It’s fantastic to experience this leap forward and to see that our most important partners no longer think solely in terms of individual brands, but rather look at the big picture: a stable group of companies that offers them valuable freedom of choice among many strong, credible brands.
