I believe that technology does its job well when it becomes virtually invisible, while making people’s work simpler, faster, and more transparent. At the same time, I also believe that technology can actively shape the way we operate and is capable of opening up new possibilities, not just improving existing processes.
AI and automation are among the greatest opportunities of the coming years, and it’s worth building on them with a conscious and open-minded approach. I don’t believe in blindly following technological trends or forcing digitalization, but I do believe that, when applied in the right context, these tools can create a real competitive advantage. I believe that every new tool must be able to provide a clear answer to a single question: Does it truly make our operations better and more efficient?
For me, a successful digital development isn’t modern simply because it uses the latest technologies, but because it creates measurable value. At the same time, I believe it’s important that we dare to experiment and try out new solutions, because that’s often where true breakthroughs come from. If a given development simplifies our colleagues’ work, reduces unnecessary paperwork, speeds up decision-making, and offers a solution that is sustainable in the long term, then it truly moves the organization forward.
I believe that effective digital transformation does not burden an organization but rather supports it. The goal is not to have artificial intelligence behind every process, but to apply it thoughtfully and boldly where it creates real business, operational, or human value.
