For me, HR is not a theoretical or primarily administrative function, but a practical management area that supports business objectives: we don’t just talk about things—we make them happen. Our goal is to support not only the success of the business but also our employees’ individual aspirations and professional growth—which is why we place a special emphasis on training and the development of students and interns.
What I'm most proud of is that, as a team, we're able to create new and effective solutions, earn the trust of our leaders, and see them through to implementation. I think Eventrend is characterized by a unique and strongly values-driven mindset in many ways.
I am truly impressed, for example, by the tremendous amount of energy, attention, and consistent standards we have invested in developing leadership skills over many years. The result is a very strong and people-centered leadership team that not only supports the development of our employees but also enhances the customer experience.
My goal is to provide proactive HR support that, guided by well-defined objectives, utilizes a combination of tools, and continuously evolves to help bring our employees’ ideas and business expectations to fruition.
